Power Snatch & 400m Run

WOD (Yesterday's)

Five rounds for time of:

95 pound Power snatch, 15 reps
Run 400 meters

Didn't workout yesterday so I did yesterday's wod. Only used 45# on Power Snatch and my legs still felt like cinder blocks during the run.

My time - 23:43

Feeling about 10# heavier lately. Not sure why. I know I'm not eating great, but I don't think I'm eating horribly. Just feel tired and blah.

Baby got back Jen! lol you have put on some muscle and if anything it makes you look more toned and tight and you have gotten allot stronger. You probably feeling like your eating more too feed all that new muscle.
