Pleased since I made a 15# PR. Last time I did BS I couldn't get my old PR of 165#. Went in this morning thinking I'd be lucky if I got 160#. Definately surprised!!

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups
Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.
Completed 6 rounds with pull-ups of 10,10,10,8,7,8. Good news is that in the past I've only been able to complete 5.5 rounds...so it was my first time completing a full 6 rounds. Could still work on pull-ups though.
