Tabata & Deadlift

WOD

"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats.

There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

My total = 272 (or 276)...can't remember exactly. I do know it was better than my last total on this exercise which was 263.

Still didn't feel like I did very well. Not exactly motivated when I just got done dealing with a 2 year old throwing a tantrum. Ugh!! Normally you would think "take your frustration out on the workout", but I was so embarrassed at how she acted that I just wanted to pack up and go home. But Trey encouraged me to keep going. And I did. Now Em is taking a nap and I'm crossing my fingers she wakes up in a better mood. :(
