2 minutes and something SLOWER than my last time. I don't understand what is wrong lately. How do I keep getting worse at WODs...and my pull-ups are getting worse. AAAAGGGGHHHH!!!!!

It's always up and down so don't be so hard on yourself. You're gaining in strength right now and making pr's left and right! You looked strong today :)
