Tuesday & Wednesday

WOD (Tuesday)

With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Post number of minutes completed to comments.
Using 85# I only completed 4 rounds plus 4 C&J from round 5. Not one of my favorite lifts. The Jerk is a lot more difficult for me than the Clean.


WOD (Wednesday)

Run 10 K or Row 10k

I rowed in 57:43. It was killer too! I haven't rowed long distance in a long, long while. I put it off all day. And after a stressful day with a toddler I really did NOT want to row. But Trey rowed while I took a nap so I made myself do it. With a little motivation from him...haha!

I'm attaching a picture of the rower after I was done for proof! haha!
