Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Completed 12 rounds plus 5 pull-ups.
Last time I did Cindy was beginning of February and I managed to squeeze in 6 push-ups too. So not as good as last time.
Was nice to have Michelle doing it next to me because it made me push myself. Push-ups are what get me everytime. Obviously I needed to work on these...
