10# PR today...woohoo!!
My loads were 45,55,65,75,85,90,95(PR),97(PR),100(PR)
Then went to the Y and did an hour long Yoga class. After Yoga, Michelle and I jumped in the pool and swam a few laps...I think I swam about 250m.
I'm spent for the rest of the day. Thank goodness tomorrow is a rest day!!
