My time (brace yourself because it's pathetic) was 24:56 as Rx'd. I despise GHD's. I looked everywhere and cannot find my time for this workout. I do know that last time I did I used the Ab Mat.
Oh yeah, and sorry for being grouchy today. Between lack of sleep, my child screaming the whole time and the heat, I felt myself losing it. :(
