Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
My loads were 135,155,165,175,185,195,200,205,210(PR)
Finally! I have been stuck at 195 for a couple months now...getting no where near my old PR of 205. Felt extremely tired when I went in this morning so I was definately not expecting to do this well.
Also worked on pull-ups (kips). My hands have been really soft lately and decided I needed to toughen them up a bit. My goal is do 50 everyday. No time limit. Just get them done before I leave. That way I can hopefully toughen up my hands, work on my grip, and get back in to the groove.
Overall a good day.
