Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups
Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments
Did rowing instead of running which means I had to row 5oo m instead of 400.
Completed 5.5 rounds with kips of 6, 6, 6, 4, 6 (I think that's right...too lazy to text Dymphna and find out. lol!)
