30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

Well, it's Monday and I'm finally doing Saturday's WOD. I'm glad I did it, too. I was dreading it...put it off for 2 days.
I used 10# ball and 24" box. My time was 35:31. Not too bad, I don't think.
I think this was just the workout to kick my butt in gear. Hopefully from here on out I won't be and feel like a slacker!

Jen you were doing great and you werent trying to push yourself too hardm i actaully liked this till my little boo boo but im happy that it happened near the end cause at elast i got a workout in.
Thanks for doing it with me, Nat...even though you did a killer leg workout the day before. I need to try that with you one day. :)
Nice.... 24" box. I don't think I've ever done a workout over 20"
now i'm starting to wonder, nat...did we do 24"?! how many levels makes up 24"?
