Well, it's Monday and I'm finally doing Saturday's WOD. I'm glad I did it, too. I was dreading it...put it off for 2 days.

I used 10# ball and 24" box. My time was 35:31. Not too bad, I don't think.

I think this was just the workout to kick my butt in gear. Hopefully from here on out I won't be and feel like a slacker!

My time was 24:15 and I only used 45# for BP. Could have definately gone up, but I started the workout by myself in the gym and didn't want to get stuck. Or you could just call me a slacker! :)

Still have to work back up to 145. On a good note, the 125# didn't feel as hard as last week. :)

Did it w/70# in 6:44.

14 seconds slower than last time I did it on 09/18/2008, but did 5# more. Not much improvement.
