My time sucked...31:59. And I was dying! But I didn't want to hurt my shoulder with Fran. My left one has been bothering me and it hurt really bad just warming up. Actually looking forward to Elizabeth in the morning. Does that make me crazy?!
So, I just went back and checked to see what my time was on this workout last time...back in August my time was 34-something so even though I felt like I was dying, at least I did better.
