Using 14# ball my time was 24:28.

Trying to do wod's with more cardio. Having some body issues lately. My pants are getting too tight. I feel like I'm getting "bulky" since starting the Zone. I have since stopped following it strictly and trying to only eat that way for support while Trey is home. However, with him on break that means I'm eating more "Zone" and I think it is making me self-conscious of how I look. I want to be fit and healthy and strong. I don't want to have to buy bigger size clothes or feel "blah". Not sure what to do...more cardio. Maybe running? (which I hate!)
