120 Pull-ups and Dips

30 Muscle-ups for time

If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

My time was 39:17. Did kips until I got to #85 when my left hand ripped. Tried to continue, but hands said "NO WAY". Switched to 2 bands. Also had to stop and have Dymphna cut the skin off my hand and retape me, which by the way, she did an excellent job! :)

I have done this workout before, but when I went back to see what my time looked like I couldn't find it. It is lost somewhere between my keeping track in a notebook and starting the blog. Dang it!

Also did BSx21 with Dymphna. My #'s were:

55,60,65,70,75,80,85,90,95,100,105,110,115,120,125,130,135,140,145,150,155,160,165(F)

Jen, that sounds really painful. My hands were really close to ripping. In fact, they started oozing on the very last kip. Hope yours heal quickly.
Oh yeah, I found a way to find your old time for this workout. I was looking last night to see how long this WOD took everyone last time- just so I get an idea of how long I will be in pain, b/c i have no record of my last time, either. Anyways, go to the CrossFit Clarksville website, then click on the Daily WOD's tag on the right, then search "30 Muscle-ups" in the search bar on the top right. It will bring up the other workouts, then check out the comments. Voila.
(What too much time on my hands? No, I'm just neurotic about planning my approach to the WOD...)

Btw, the BS 21 is a crazy amount of BS. :) Good job getting so high after squatting so much.

You did it! Good job, Jen. You knew your hands would rip, yet you did it anyway. Way to push through the nastiness :) Excellent job on your bs as well!
