WOD
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

11 (rounds, minutes...whatever you call it) + 9. Last time this workout came up I only did 6 rounds because of my grip supposedly. At least that's what I wrote. :) So I'd say that's much improvement.
Also did yesterday's CFE with Dymphna:
20 row:10 rest for 3 K. What a killer! I'm exhausted...
