Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups
Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.
Instead of running, I did rowing (500 meters).
Got in 5.5 rounds with pullups of 9, 5, 6, 6, 7 (I think that's right...forgot to write it down).
Last time I did Nicole was 11/19/2008 and I complete 5.5 rounds (with rowing) and kips of 6, 6, 6, 4, 6. So I guess it's a little better. Not much.
Still trying to get my kips back. I don't get tired so much, but my hands really hurt.

I would say that's quite a bit better! Your pull-up numbers consistently jump. You're too hard on yourself :)
