Didn't do either of the workouts today. My abs are entirely too sore from the previous day to do the GHDs. Tried doing clean & jerk, but my left shoulder is hurting from the push press and push jerk a few days ago.
So instead, I did Backsquat 21. My loads were:
65,70,75,80,85,90,95,100,105,110,115,120,125,130,135,140,145,150,155,160(f)
Almost got all 21 in...
