My loads were 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 175x1, 185x1, 195(PR)x1

Would not have gotten a new PR if it weren't for my hubby. He was being sweet and putting the weight on. He knew my old PR was 190 so he snuck on another 5#...and I wasn't paying attention. Good thing too! Otherwise I would be stuck at 190.

Also did CF Endurance while Em took a nap.

C2: 10 x 250m with 5 times the recovery (if it takes 45 seconds to row 250m then you recover 3:45)

My times were 1:04, 1:06, 1:04, 1:02, 1:02, 1:02, 1:03, 1:03, 1:03, 1:04

Nice Jen! I think I'm going to do that CFE tomorrow I meant to today but the day slipped away from me. See you tomorrow.
