Snatch & Pull-ups

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

65# Snatch, 12 reps
10 Push-ups

Used 21# and completed 12 rounds. I think the 21# might have been a little light but Trey and Oak assured me I'd start feeling it after a couple rounds. I did feel it, but I think I could have still gone up a little bit in weight.

My brother and his wife were in town so we brought them with us. They both did really good for 1st time Crossfitters. I'm going to call them later on today to see how sore they are...:)
