More sprints...more pain

WOD

Five rounds for time:
95# Snatch, 3 reps
95# OHS, 15 reps
400 m sprint

Used 42# and my time was 22:00. I think I could have done more on Snatch, but OHS was killing by round 3.

So glad tomorrow is a rest day!!
