WOD
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two the second minute, three the third minute...continuing as long as you are able.
Post minutes.
Did 9 pull-ups/minutes. I always get confused in what to post on this one. Ended up ripping my hands in exact same place as a few days ago...so now I have sores on top of sores. Going to take a break from pull-ups for a little while.
Also, for some strange reason I can't just copy and paste anymore in my blog. Before I would copy the WOD from the CF Clarksville Blog and paste it into mine...not working anymore. Won't paste! Anyone else having this problem?
