WOD
Four rounds, each for time:
Run 800 m
Rest as needed between sprints.
Post times for each round.
My times were 4:03, 4:07, 4:07, 4:21. Between today's WOD and yesterday's (below) I am completely beat and sore.
Yesterday's WOD
25 squats
25 push-ups
25 pull-ups
25 sit-ups
50 squats
50 push-ups
50 pull-ups
50 sit-ups
75 squats
75 push-ups
75 pull-ups
75 sit-ups
Not sure of my time because on #5 of 75 pull-ups I ripped my left hand open in 3 spots. I stopped the clock to tape my hand and forgot to restart it...noticed that halfway through 75 sit-ups. No matter because my time would have been HORRIBLE, but I am completely sore from that workout.
Did guy push-ups for 25 & 50, but went to girl push-ups for the 75. Also did kips for 25 & 50 pull-ups (plus first 5 of 75), but had to switch to 3 bands because hand was on fire and could barely grip the bar.
