"Helen"

Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

Skipped the running for rowing since it's so cold outside. Workout looked like this:

3 rounds:
Row 500 meters
16kg kettlebell x 21 swings
12 pull-ups

My time - 16:13

Last time I did this WOD was November 17, 2008. I rowed (500m), used 1 pood kettlebell, and used 2 bands on pullups because my hands were ripped. My time was 22:20 so I'm pleased with today. And I'm going to mention the ONLY REASON I beat Tammy is cause her hands are ripped and I got her on the pullups. Otherwise, she would have kicked my butt! :) Nice job, Tammy!! You did awesome hanging in there. Me...I would have said "FORGET THIS!". haha!
