Shoulder Press

(Alt) WOD

Shoulder Press 5-5-5-5-5 reps

Didn't have time for main wod today...been going nonstop since 6:30 a.m. Did, however, have time to stop by gym to do SP. My loads were 43,50,55,60,62(x3). I'm still extremely sore from Cindy 2 days ago...

well if it makes you feel anybetter im im sore too bery sore it hursts too sneeze
