Did both, except did rowing instead of running.

Today was a good day for me. You know how some days you come in and you just feel weak. Today wasn't one of those days. In fact, it was the opposite. I'm anxious to see how much Nat kicks my butt tonight. Just so you know, Nat, I was just giving you some motivation to go in and get a new PR. :) You too, Jess! LOL!
On a different note, for anyone who needs a good chuckle, Em pointed at the huge zit forming between my eyes tonight and said "Mommy, boo-boo." Then preceded to try and pinch it off...ouch!

I gtta tell you Jen today was a weak day for me and i got worried when 85lbs felt heavy and the only reason i made it was yes your motivation. but i was blown away and kept asking dymphna if you really did that weight.
I amazed at your squatting power...DANG! I wish I could've stuck around to see it. Nice job...I'm sure Trey will be impressed!!!
Jen is a natural so her numbers don't count! Just teasing but seriously she picks up everything so quick and even though she's so skinny she's strong. Nat we have to watch it both Jen and Michelle are starting to catch us on the weights and they have something we don't! Cardio!!
me, pick up stuff quick? i don't think so...how many times do i ask you guys to show me the same exercise i've done 20 times?! haha!
