Four rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
Rest 2 minutes
My first two rounds were 2:05 and the last two were 2:10. Of course, I wouldn't have been able to get anywhere near that if I hadn't been running on a treadmill. I cranked that baby up until I thought my legs were going to fall off and told myself "you better not trip!" Still, it's probably not very fast compared to most runners'standards.
I made myself do the running instead of rowing since I dislike it so much. It was raining this morning so instead of going up to the CF gym I dragged my butt into the CAC. Man, how I didn't miss that place! The minute I walked in the door it was like going from a bright and colorful world to a gray, dull one. One good thing was that Em did really well in the daycare, which is a rarity. I think her going to school is helping a lot.
Until tomorrow...wonder if the next couple of days are going to be cardio?!

yeah i debating to row this one tomorow at CF gym or run at the estep gym but since michelle seems to be practicing alot on rowing im going to row it tomm.
i actually thought about rowing it too...only because i have no idea what my row times are. depends on what tommorrow's workout is...
