Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
OR
"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups
Post your choice of girls and rounds completed.
I chose "Cindy" and went the same time as Michelle, which really pushed me! She is so fast! I did 11 rounds (not going to count the kips & pushups on the 12th round because they were really weak).
Also, I'm glad to say my hands have no huge holes in them after the kips. Yeah!

im a little mad that you have been getting faster and better at your kips and i love it even more that i can tell you and i love that when i walk into the gym and your doing them that i can make you loose focus while your Kipping loloolo
