Tanya and I had the luxury have working out this morning with no kids. It's nice when you can concentrate and take your time. She is super strong so I did my best to try and keep up (no luck though because she kicked my butt on every lift!).
Afterwards did yesterday's Crossfit Endurance workout of 4x375m sprints. My times were:
