I did 65# on the squat cleans. I think I could have actually gone up in weight if situps weren't involved. I did situps on the ab mat...no GHDs for me please. Even with just regular situps I was sucking. I don't know why, but I despise situps. They burn, take me forever and always slow me down...no matter how hard I try to push myself to go faster. Funny thing is I usually get lapped by Michelle when a WOD includes situps. lol!

i'm jealous of your strength gain and the lapping was only made possible b/c of my lighter weight load!!!
Your form is great on the squats and who cares if you hate sit-ups your abs make us all sick with envy.
