Grunting isn't just for dudes!

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:

95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

**Rx'd weight for women is 65#

Did the Rx'd weight for women (65#) and managed to complete 5 rounds plus a set of Thrusters, a set of Hang Powercleans & 3 SDLH.

I think I did more grunting than during childbirth. Sorry for all the noise today ladies & gents! :) Also, a few of my Thrusters weren't low enough because I was concentrating too hard on trying to get the weight over my head...forgetting that jumping up from the squat is what helps get it over my head. I always feel guilty when Dymphna catches me slacking...haha! Thanks for staying on me, D. :)

Grunting is for girls, too. At least you know you're in good (grunting)company at the CF gym. A guy actually walked up to my husband at a post gym and asked him to stop grunting because it was disrupting his workout. Grunt all you want, girl. :)
