I'm a day behind on the workouts because I'm still so sore I can hardly move...made sure to do a lot of stretching before FS today. Plus, I think it helped to loosen things up a bit.
My FS was a lot weaker than usual. Uglier too! Just ask Nat...haha!
I think my totals were something like
45 x5 (warmup), 65,85,95,115,125
Getting back into it is proving to be a lot harder than I expected. Also worked on kips.
